This rider forms part of the performance agreement. All technical, hospitality and travel arrangements must be confirmed in writing no later than 14 days before the event. Any substitutions require prior approval from DJ Kim's management.

2 × Pioneer CDJ-3000, matched and running current stable firmware
1 × Pioneer DJM-A9, running current stable firmware
Fallback: 2 × Pioneer CDJ-2000NXS2 with 1 × DJM-900NXS2, only with written approval before the event
Performance from rekordbox-prepared USB drives; no laptop or controller required
Both players linked by wired PRO DJ LINK through a powered gigabit Ethernet switch; Wi-Fi linking is not acceptable
Connection & testing
Each player connected to its own mixer channel using high-quality digital or RCA audio cables
Controls, displays, cue/play buttons, jog wheels, faders, EQ, effects, link and USB ports fully functional
Equipment powered, connected and line-checked before artist arrival; no firmware updates on show day
Spare tested USB cable, Ethernet cable and suitable local power adapters available at the booth
DJ Kim supplies headphones and primary/backup USB media; all other equipment is supplied, installed and tested by the promoter

Rigid, level and vibration-free professional booth with minimum usable surface 150 cm W × 70 cm D
Booth surface 85-90 cm from stage floor, suitable for an artist height of 5 ft 2 in; top surface must not exceed 90 cm without approval
Mixer centrally positioned with both players level on either side; equipment must not be placed on risers, flight cases or raised platforms
Clear, secure workspace free from drinks, decorations and unrelated equipment
Adequate low-level booth lighting without glare on screens
Barrier or security provision preventing unauthorised access to booth and equipment
Booth monitoring
Two professional full-range monitors with clean, punchy low-frequency response
Placed symmetrically at head height or on secure stands, aimed toward the artist position
Connected to the mixer BOOTH output with independent level control at the mixer
Sufficient undistorted level to overcome the main PA; tested before soundcheck
Monitor system may not be substituted by venue fill speakers or the main PA

System fully operational, aligned, tuned and protected before doors open; no audible distortion, limiting or ground noise
Qualified FOH engineer present from soundcheck through the end of performance and authorised to correct system issues immediately
DJ mixer master output routed directly to FOH; recording, broadcast or livestream feeds must be taken separately and must not affect the artist signal path
Maximum sound levels and venue limiter settings disclosed during advance; all operation must comply with local law
Soundcheck & changeover
Minimum 15-minute line check before doors or before the artist's performance, with access to booth and FOH engineer
For festival or multi-artist changeovers, the complete DJ setup must remain powered and patched
Allow at least 15 minutes for handover unless otherwise agreed
Promoter must provide an on-site production contact who can resolve technical matters immediately
No drinks, smoke machines, CO2 jets, pyrotechnics or liquids may be directed over the DJ equipment or artist position
Stage, lighting & visuals
Professional lighting appropriate to the venue and performance position; artist's face and hands must remain photographable
No prolonged strobing, lasers directed at the artist, or effects that obstruct safe performance
Artist logos/visuals available on request; screen specifications and delivery deadline to be agreed during advance
Any livestream, broadcast or full-set recording requires prior written approval from management
Hospitality
Private, clean, secure and lockable dressing room with seating, mirror, power, coat hooks and reliable Wi-Fi

4 × original Red Bull and 4 × original Coca-Cola, all chilled
1 × 700 ml bottle of premium tequila, brand agreed during advance
Fresh ice, sliced lime, salt, napkins, bottle opener and appropriate clean glassware, including shot and highball glasses
Drinks and glassware set in dressing room before artist arrival; only sealed bottles/cans and non-glass cups permitted inside DJ booth
One substantial hot meal each for DJ Kim and her manager, with dietary requirements confirmed in advance
Artist guest list to be accommodated; names submitted in advance and admission must not reduce the artist fee
Travel, accommodation & transport
DJ Kim travels with her manager as an essential touring party member; every booking must cover both travellers unless otherwise agreed in writing
Return flights provided for both travellers: Economy up to 4 hours, Premium Economy over 4 hours, with Business Class possible for overnight or long-haul itineraries subject to contract
Promoter responsible for visas, work permits, invitation letters, supporting documents and processing costs for both DJ Kim and her manager
Checked and cabin baggage allowances required for both travellers; direct routes are preferred
Minimum 4-star hotel: one double-occupancy room with private bathroom, breakfast and Wi-Fi in a safe location within reasonable distance of the venue; separate rooms may be required by contract
Early check-in or late checkout provided where required by confirmed itinerary or performance schedule
Private, licensed and insured ground transport for airport, hotel and venue transfers; driver and local contact supplied at least 48 hours before arrival
No artist travel immediately after the performance unless expressly agreed during contracting

Set time, schedule, venue address and production contacts are due 7 days before the event
